Shipping

Your order will be delivered to the address entered when placing your order on the site. Make sure you enter the correct address!

The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. Please be aware of that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. These costs are nothing we can refund the customer. 

 - DHL Express ship in 2-3 working days and track your order with the tracking link we send when order is packed and shipped. 

- DHL Express will also send invoice for custom charges before delivering your order 

Returns

 Return policy

• The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.
• We don´t refund the original shipping fees (even if you return one item or full order) 
• You can return the products within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be in it´s new condition with all tags attached
• Fill out the return paper that came with your order
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee
• If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount
• You can pick new size in reason code Too big or Too small and then we ship you new sizes for free. Let us know if we should proceed that faster for you. Still the return costs is something you stand for yourself.
