Due to the prevailing circumstances with covid 19 and with shipping that does not work out as desired in some parts of the world, we ask our customers for patience for extended delivery times. Particularly affected areas where the delivery time has become longer than normal are the USA and Israel. Pay attention to this when you place your order. Lovely customers from Åland, please note that the prices you see on our site include VAT and this is also the price you pay in the checkout. The special rules that apply to delivery to Åland can mean that you pay VAT again. This is therefore not a cost we bear.

Your order will be delivered to the address entered when placing your order on the site. Make sure you enter the correct address!

The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. Please be aware of that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. These costs are nothing we can refund the customer.

Returns

 Return policy

  • The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.
  • We don´t refund the original shipping fees (even if you return one item or full order) 
  • You can return the products within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be in it´s new condition with all tags attached
  • Fill out the return paper that came with your order
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee
  • If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount
  • For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear

Reclaim policy

  • Make sure you check all items as soon as you receive them.
  • If you want to make a complaint contact us at hello@aimn.com as soon as you notice the damage on your item, but not later than 7 days after delivery. 
  • When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably by sending us photos of the damage to hello@aimn.com
  • If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost and refund you the money as soon as we received the return.
