My package has not been delivered yet?

During our ongoing Winter sale, there may be delayed delivery times. We are heavily loaded and the shipping companies do not have the same flexibility due to the holidays that occur during the period. We do our best to get your order out as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience. Please follow your package journey via the link sent to you when the package leaves us :) 

I chose the wrong product / size in my order, can you change or delete orders?

We probably can not, as we work hard to get your delivery time as short as possible. Once the order is prepared for packing, nothing can be changed.

My address went wrong, can you change?

Always double check an extra time when you place your order so all information is correct. A spelling mistake can be wrong in many ways and negatively affect your shopping experience in several ways. As long as the order is not packed, we can make address changes, but this is no guarantee.

Returns

- The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.

- You can return the products within 30 days of delivery

- The product must be in it´s new condition with all tags attached

- Fill out the return paper that came with your order

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee

- If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount

- For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear
